Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans designed to meet individualized speech and language goals.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a school environment.
  • Track, monitor, and document student progress with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with educators, parents, and fellow specialists to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Actively involve and educate families in the therapy process, providing resources and guidance to support progress.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and adapt to dynamic school settings.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of an integrated team.
