Key Qualifications:

- Current CA SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates welcome
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and IEP processes
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with district and state policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students, as needed
