This role is ideal for dedicated Speech Language Pathologists—whether you're fully certified with your SLP-CCC or seeking CFY supervision. Available as a full-time or part-time position, you'll work directly with young learners, making a significant impact as they develop essential communication skills.

Key Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar field
• Current or eligible state licensure
• Accepting SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates—supervision available
• Experience with school-based caseloads, including IEP processes, preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseload with diverse student needs
• Passion for fostering growth and building student confidence

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to students in elementary and middle school
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in ongoing professional development to support student outcomes
