Both full-time and part-time positions are available to suit your needs, and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—supervision will be provided.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or in pursuit of SLP-CF with supervision willingness
- Understanding of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-age children
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and school staff
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and a passion for encouraging student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and support teams
- Maintain clear, timely records on student progress and interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to creating inclusive educational environments
- Serve as a resource for staff, offering strategies and supports to enhance student communication in the classroom
- Empower students through engaging activities that foster communication confidence and competence
- Provide supervision and mentorship for CFYs, if qualified
