Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based populations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven capability to work self-sufficiently and collaboratively with diverse teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Lead therapy sessions focused on student-specific speech and language objectives
  • Maintain meticulous records of progress and outcomes
  • Work closely with other specialists, teachers, and administrators to coordinate care and achieve student goals
  • Actively involve and educate families in the therapeutic process
