What you’ll bring:

  • Current California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress reporting, and case management
  • Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student needs
  • Enthusiasm for working across diverse learning environments

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support students’ educational goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports per school and state guidelines
  • Provide both group and individual therapeutic interventions, integrating evidence-based practices
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational planning
  • Offer consultative support to staff and provide professional guidance as needed
