Your qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs considered
  • Experience in school-based services or pediatrics highly desirable
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to travel between assigned schools as needed

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to support student IEP goals
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of progress and services provided
  • Delivering engaging group and individual therapy sessions
  • Participating in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
  • Adapting therapy techniques based on student needs and evidence-based practices
