Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
  • Prior experience (or strong interest) in school-based and pediatric settings.
  • Expertise supporting diverse caseloads, including articulation, language, social communication, and AAC needs.
  • Comfortable traveling between various school campuses to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with adaptability to balance shifting schedules.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for K-12 students.
  • Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student achievement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in line with district practices.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Deliver services in a variety of settings, including general education and specialized classrooms.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and district protocols.
