Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as required
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of speech/language development in young learners
- Comfortable conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and implementing therapy in individual and group settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among PreK and Kindergarten students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to maximize student success
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff and families
