School Speech Language Pathologist - Auburn, WA

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure as required
• Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of speech/language development in young learners
• Comfortable conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and implementing therapy in individual and group settings
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among PreK and Kindergarten students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to maximize student success
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff and families
