Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Washington State SLP licensure, with willingness to complete OSPI fingerprinting if not already done
- WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or commitment to obtain prior to the start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Perform assessments, develop interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to build comprehensive support plans
- Participate in ongoing meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines, focusing on best practices for student success
