School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Auburn, Washington

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Washington State SLP licensure, with willingness to complete OSPI fingerprinting if not already done
• WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or commitment to obtain prior to the start date
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals
• Perform assessments, develop interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to build comprehensive support plans
• Participate in ongoing meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
• Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines, focusing on best practices for student success
