In this position, you’ll enjoy a three-day workweek with a .6 FTE schedule, allowing for a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. You'll work closely with students, families, and educational teams to support early intervention and development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid Washington State SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience—or a keen interest—in working with PreK populations in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to PreK students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Engage in assessments, progress monitoring, and data-driven documentation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
