Located near Auburn, WA, this onsite position runs from September 2, 2026, through February 15, 2027, offering a 32.5-hour workweek and a collaborative, student-focused atmosphere.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain
  • SLP-CCC certification required
  • WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential, or ability to secure
  • Must be or become fingerprinted through OSPI
  • Prior experience with school-aged children preferred

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students at an elementary school site
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and conduct assessments aligned with student IEPs
  • Support the school's behavior program as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation according to district standards
