Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Auburn, WA

Make a positive impact in the lives of young learners by providing onsite speech-language pathology services for the full school year. We're seeking a talented SLP (CCC required) eager to work with elementary students in a supportive, engaging environment near Auburn, WA. This full-time contract position offers you the stability of a steady caseload while allowing you to collaborate with passionate educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload of approximately 35 students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and inclusion
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students
• Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as required
