Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions focused on achievable, measurable goals
- Monitor, document, and analyze student progress, adapting interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Partner with families, educating and engaging them in the therapy process for optimal outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for, or currently possess, state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrates flexibility, independence, and strong collaboration skills within diverse teams
Minimum Requirements:
- Active or eligible speech-language pathology license in the relevant state
