Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions focused on achievable, measurable goals
  • Monitor, document, and analyze student progress, adapting interventions as appropriate
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Partner with families, educating and engaging them in the therapy process for optimal outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for, or currently possess, state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrates flexibility, independence, and strong collaboration skills within diverse teams

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active or eligible speech-language pathology license in the relevant state
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
