Ideal candidates should demonstrate expertise in both school-based and healthcare settings, with experience serving pediatric populations. Whether you are CCC-certified, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or have a strong background as an SLPA, your passion for supporting student communication and social development is highly valued. Experience with teletherapy is a plus, expanding support to students in creative, accessible ways.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP or SLPA licensure in the state
  • Masters or Associate’s degree (as applicable to role)
  • Familiarity with K-12 educational systems, with emphasis on elementary ages
  • Pediatric and/or school-based SLP/SLPA experience preferred
  • Comfortable working on-site and through teletherapy platforms
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and adaptable approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student success
  • Complete documentation, assessments, and reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Adapt service delivery for remote/teletherapy as needed
