Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Compassionate approach with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized speech and language treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation according to school and district requirements
