Desired Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for valid SLP certification (CCC or CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in serving school-age children
- Familiarity with IEP planning and delivery of speech/language therapy in educational environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of students
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, deliver direct speech/language therapy, and support students’ progress within the school environment
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress, keep accurate records, and track outcomes for each student
- Evaluate student needs, set goals, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Attend team meetings and contribute professional expertise toward students’ overall success
