A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Aurora, CO, to serve an elementary school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time contract position (35+ hours per week) will support students from diverse backgrounds in the Denver area, with a start date anticipated for March 19, 2026, through May 22, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress in speech and communication skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
  • Participate in meetings and professional development as required

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
  • Experience working with elementary school students preferred
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Candidates; not open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a school environment and collaborate with educational teams
