Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students near the vibrant Denver area for the 2026-2027 academic year! Skilled Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for contract positions, working on-site in a school setting Monday through Friday, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week.

You’ll make a meaningful impact on a manageable caseload (generally 25-45 students, preK through middle school or high school depending on assignment), delivering high-quality speech and language services. Candidates will have the chance to attend and bill for Professional Development days, fostering growth in your career. New graduates seeking their Clinical Fellowship are welcome to apply—supervision is available.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado State SLP license
  • Colorado Department of Education Certification
  • Successful completion of district-required background check and fingerprinting
  • Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and IEP documentation
  • Experience in a school setting or a passion for supporting children in educational environments
  • Commitment to on-site work—virtual/remote options are not available
  • SLPA certifications are not accepted for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned caseload (25-45 students)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Attend and actively participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
  • Engage in district-provided professional development opportunities
