Key Qualities & Qualifications:

  • Valid and active CDE credential, or eligibility to obtain prior to starting
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Bilingual Spanish fluency is required
  • Flexible to work as itinerant SLP, traveling between multiple school sites
  • Experience in school settings is highly preferred
  • Willingness to provide support and supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusion and student-centered practices

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on intervention strategies
  • Document services and progress in accordance with school protocols
  • Travel between assigned school sites to deliver services where needed
