In this contract role near Aurora, CO, you’ll work collaboratively with educators and families to provide high-quality speech therapy services within a supportive school environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Colorado state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and goals tailored to each student
  • Provide direct therapy services both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
