Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY)
- Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to an inclusive, student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in alignment with student strengths
- Deliver direct therapy services within the school environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families
- Maintain timely and accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on student progress
