Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP process, assessment protocols, and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Maintain detailed records and report on student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
