Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for Colorado
- Prior experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to PreK students’ needs
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy services to PreK students with communication disorders
- Develop and track individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
- Offer guidance and resources to families and staff regarding speech and language development
