Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for Colorado
• Prior experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to PreK students’ needs

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy services to PreK students with communication disorders
• Develop and track individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
• Offer guidance and resources to families and staff regarding speech and language development
