What you’ll bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary or PreK caseloads
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies for diverse student needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Colorado

Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Providing individualized and group therapy to students in PreK and elementary grades
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff to create effective interventions
• Tracking student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
• Serving as a resource on communication disorders for educational teams
• Assisting with early intervention and parent education as needed
