Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students’ communication growth as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic K-4 setting. Located near Aurora and Englewood, CO, this full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to helping children thrive in their early academic years.

This position focuses on a manageable caseload of 33 students at a single elementary site, offering structured support alongside opportunities to bring your expertise in pediatric speech therapy and school-based services. Candidates with CCC or CFY status, as well as SLPAs, are encouraged to apply. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is highly preferred to support a diverse student population.

Those with an active or pending Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license are welcome, providing flexibility as you complete licensing requirements. If you demonstrate exceptional potential, a hybrid schedule can be considered, allowing you to coordinate an arrangement that fits your needs and those of the school.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • CCC, CFY, or SLPA status accepted
  • Active or pending CDE license in Colorado
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish abilities highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and diagnostics for K-4 students
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and data tracking for caseload management
  • If eligible, participate in hybrid (on-site/teletherapy) service model
