Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and relevant state certification
• Prior experience in school-based settings, serving diverse student populations
• Skilled in developing IEPs, conducting assessments, and documenting progress
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Adaptable to working with different age groups, from young children to adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions one-on-one and in group formats
• Engage in IEP meetings and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Support classroom teachers with strategies to enhance student participation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and legal requirements
