Middle School Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, Colorado

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active SLP license and certification, meeting state regulations
• Experience providing services in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and complete timely documentation
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and goal setting
• Compassionate, student-focused approach and cultural sensitivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with academic goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver holistic support
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and review student IEPs
• Provide direct therapy, group sessions, and consultation services
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Educate and guide staff and caregivers on strategies for communication development
