As an experienced and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement student-centered interventions, helping children and adolescents reach their fullest potential. Most of your caseload will focus on elementary and high school students, allowing you to apply your skills across important developmental stages.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and CDE certification in Colorado (mandatory)
- Proven experience working in school settings, especially with elementary and high school populations
- Ability to manage a caseload ranging from mild to severe needs
- Comfortable working onsite; open to considering qualified candidates with teletherapy (Voco) experience
- Enthusiastic about travel within the local area as needed
- Certification as a Clinical Fellow is not accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain detailed records and ongoing communication with families and staff
- Provide consultative support and professional development where needed
