You’ll collaborate with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote both academic and personal growth.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a K-12 caseload in either self-contained or resource room environments
• Develop, implement, and track progress on IEP goals
• Provide direct instruction and differentiated support to students
• Uphold all general duties associated with special education teaching
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and support staff
• Document student progress and adapt instruction accordingly

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teacher credentials in the state of Colorado
• In-depth understanding of IEP procedures and requirements
• Experience in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 populations
• Strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $35 to $50 an hour, determined by your experience and certification.
