Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Illinois SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in K-8 school settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet a range of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in grades K-8
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families to support student growth
- Conduct assessments, document evaluations, and make recommendations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and faculty meetings
