Speech and Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Illinois SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in K-8 school settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in grades K-8
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families to support student growth
• Conduct assessments, document evaluations, and make recommendations
• Participate in ongoing professional development and faculty meetings
