A full-time bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting located in Aurora, IL. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year from August 11th, 2025, through May 22nd, 2026, with a workweek of 37.5 hours. The role offers the chance to be a key member of a dynamic speech team, supporting students across two nearby buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students’ communication goals.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress.
  • Travel between two school sites within close proximity to deliver services.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively and adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.

Location: Aurora, Illinois (traveling between two locations within the district)
