Pediatric SLP in Aurora, IL

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available with opportunities to support both in-person and teletherapy needs at the pediatric and K-12 levels. Desired Background:

• Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Strong clinical foundation in pediatric speech-language pathology, including assessment and intervention
• Experience in school, healthcare, or teletherapy settings valued
• Knowledge of IEP documentation, goal writing, and service delivery models in education
• Ability to mentor and supervise SLPA team members (if applicable)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable adapting to virtual service models as needed

Primary Functions:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals
• Complete evaluations, write reports, develop and document progress on individualized treatment plans
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP team processes
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Utilize evidence-based practices to remediate articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
• Leverage technology for teletherapy when necessary, ensuring access and engagement
• Provide guidance or supervision for SLPAs and support Clinical Fellows as assigned
