A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available with opportunities to support both in-person and teletherapy needs at the pediatric and K-12 levels. Desired Background:
- Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong clinical foundation in pediatric speech-language pathology, including assessment and intervention
- Experience in school, healthcare, or teletherapy settings valued
- Knowledge of IEP documentation, goal writing, and service delivery models in education
- Ability to mentor and supervise SLPA team members (if applicable)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable adapting to virtual service models as needed
Primary Functions:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals
- Complete evaluations, write reports, develop and document progress on individualized treatment plans
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP team processes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based practices to remediate articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
- Leverage technology for teletherapy when necessary, ensuring access and engagement
- Provide guidance or supervision for SLPAs and support Clinical Fellows as assigned
