Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and IEP implementation
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technologies
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to supporting diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services onsite or through teletherapy
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for compliance and effective care
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student progress and strategies
- Supervise and provide guidance to SLPA team members as appropriate
