Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and IEP implementation
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technologies
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services onsite or through teletherapy
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for compliance and effective care
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student progress and strategies
• Supervise and provide guidance to SLPA team members as appropriate
