Make an impact supporting young learners by providing speech-language therapy services in a vibrant early childhood center close to Aurora, IL. This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Bilingual (Spanish/English) SLP-CCC eager to contribute to a diverse caseload and empower students in their communication development. The assignment runs from August 17th through May 28th, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Prior experience working with early childhood populations in a school or related pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative, multicultural educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct intervention for communicative disorders among early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in both Spanish and English, tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and legal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance and support for language enrichment within the classroom setting
