Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Clinical Competence Certification (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Experience or comfort working with students from kindergarten through high school
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders in students grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote students’ academic success
• Provide consultative support to classroom staff for integrating communication strategies
