Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Illinois state license as SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience or interest in working with early childhood populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing speech-language services to early childhood caseloads (37.5 hours/week)
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team during monthly meetings and roundtable discussions
• Participating in annual performance reviews and regular check-ins with leaders
• Engaging in process improvement initiatives to support best practices
