Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Previous experience working in school settings highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across grade levels
  • Complete evaluations, write IEP goals, and maintain timely documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and special education teams to support individualized student needs
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities as appropriate
  • Assist with program planning and provide recommendations for improving communication and learning outcomes
