Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Arkansas
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to administer and interpret assessments for speech, language, and communication
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and paperwork
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students’ needs in speech, language, voice, and fluency
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress records, and required documentation
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
• Offer support, strategies, and resources to educators and families to help students succeed academically and socially
