Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Arkansas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Experience with assessments, IEP development, and delivering therapy in a school-based setting
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs across elementary, middle, or high school levels
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
  • Provide high-quality direct and consultative therapy services to students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
