Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Arkansas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience with assessments, IEP development, and delivering therapy in a school-based setting
- Familiarity with a diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs across elementary, middle, or high school levels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
- Provide high-quality direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
