Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• SLP-CCC certification required
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred, especially with Pre-K populations
• Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong assessment, intervention, therapy, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads across multiple sites
• Flexible, organized, and committed to fostering student development

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy for PreK students across assigned sites
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Document services, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
• Travel between assigned locations to deliver high-quality services
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
