What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Texas)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with Pre-K or pediatric populations highly preferred
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites within assigned region
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Dedication to supporting children’s speech and language development in educational settings
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to Pre-K students across assigned school sites
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine students’ needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, maintain records, and track student outcomes
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to team recommendations
- Serve multiple sites, offering flexibility and adaptability in daily routine
