What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (Texas)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with Pre-K or pediatric populations highly preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites within assigned region
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Dedication to supporting children’s speech and language development in educational settings

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to Pre-K students across assigned school sites
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine students’ needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions, maintain records, and track student outcomes
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to team recommendations
• Serve multiple sites, offering flexibility and adaptability in daily routine
