Key Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility—open to SLPs holding either CCC or CFY credentials
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Relevant school-based SLP experience, or strong clinical background for CFYs
  • Effective communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and eager to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Duties Include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs (caseload: 40-45)
  • Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans and IEP goals
  • Conducting screenings and contributing to evaluation teams
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
