This contract opportunity is ideal for talented Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellows (CFY), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), who thrive in educational settings and are passionate about pediatric care. Full-time SLP positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, with multiple openings to collaborate closely with onsite SLPAs in a vibrant, supportive environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active licensure as an SLP or eligibility in the state of Texas
  • CCC or CFY candidates welcome; consideration also given to experienced SLPAs for assistant roles
  • Previous experience working in K-8th grade settings preferred
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve student goals

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in student progress reviews
  • Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate communication strategies
  • Supervise and support SLPAs onsite
  • Maintain accurate service documentation in compliance with district and state standards
