Multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for contract assignments providing vital speech and language services in schools, with onsite support from experienced SLPAs. Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP (any of: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-Pediatrics)
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
- Comfortable providing therapy both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-8 students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, SLPAs, and families to support student progress
- Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
- Utilize both onsite services and teletherapy, as appropriate, to optimize intervention delivery
- Participate in team meetings, provide training to staff, and engage in ongoing professional development
