Full-time SLP positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, with multiple openings to collaborate closely with onsite SLPAs in a vibrant, supportive environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Active licensure as an SLP or eligibility in the state of Texas
- CCC or CFY candidates welcome; consideration also given to experienced SLPAs for assistant roles
- Previous experience working in K-8th grade settings preferred
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve student goals
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech and language needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in student progress reviews
- Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate communication strategies
- Supervise and support SLPAs onsite
- Maintain accurate service documentation in compliance with district and state standards
