Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Austin, Texas

Multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for contract assignments providing vital speech and language services in schools, with onsite support from experienced SLPAs. Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as an SLP (any of: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-Pediatrics)
• Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
• Comfortable providing therapy both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-8 students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, SLPAs, and families to support student progress
• Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
• Utilize both onsite services and teletherapy, as appropriate, to optimize intervention delivery
• Participate in team meetings, provide training to staff, and engage in ongoing professional development
