Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Eligibility for state licensure (Texas or ability to obtain)
- Experience or interest in K-8 pediatric populations
- Background providing services in school settings — onsite, teletherapy, or hybrid models
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to supervise and guide SLPAs
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-8 students, adapting strategies to individual needs
- Evaluate, develop, and implement therapy plans, tracking student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and onsite SLPAs to ensure seamless service delivery
