Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Austin, Texas

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of prior experience working with pediatric populations in school-based or similar settings. Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience with school-aged children (K-12), ideally two years
• Familiarity with IEP processes, speech/language evaluations, and therapy documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability to accommodate a full range of ages and speech/language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language therapy services directly to K-12 students, primarily in early grade levels
• Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and document student progress in accordance with best practices and compliance
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to tailor interventions
• Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress updates
• Foster an encouraging, positive environment for communication skill development
