Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status from ASHA
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in children and adolescents
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for eligible students
• Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on students’ individual education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students at both elementary and secondary levels, with a primary focus on elementary caseloads
• Support students in specialized secondary units as needed
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate records and data documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Educate and support families and staff regarding students’ speech-language needs
