Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working with children in educational settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate effectively with teachers and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings for students identified with speech, language, or communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students (individually and in groups)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies for support
