Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist | 2026-2027 School Year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Austin, Texas for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a unique hybrid work schedule, allowing qualified clinicians to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely (work from home) while serving elementary-aged students.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and is committed to helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success.

Position Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Near Austin, TX
• School Year: August 4, 2026 – May 27, 2027
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
• School Setting: Elementary Campus
• Bilingual Spanish Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families.
• Deliver culturally responsive services to bilingual and multilingual student populations.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support student communication development and academic achievement.
• Utilize teletherapy and remote service delivery methods as appropriate during work-from-home days.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
