This full-time Bilingual SLP position, open from August to the end of the school year, allows for meaningful impact with a manageable 40-45 student caseload. Both experienced SLP-CCCs and talented CFYs are encouraged to apply, particularly those who are fluent in Spanish and passionate about supporting students from diverse backgrounds. You will work within schools, connect with multidisciplinary teams, and have the freedom to incorporate innovative therapy strategies—expanding your resume with varied experiences and leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required)
  • Open to SLPs with CCCs or CFYs
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Maintain and manage a caseload of 40-45 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive therapy environment
