What you'll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience or strong interest in working within school environments
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, educators, and families
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Role responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students, adapting techniques to meet a range of communication needs
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure cohesive support for each student
- Document progress, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students using evidence-based strategies and interventions
- Offer consultation and training to school staff when needed
