School Speech Language Pathologist - Avenal, California

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) through ASHA
• Appropriate state licensure for speech language pathology
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and documenting outcomes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for educational planning
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
