What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) through ASHA
- Appropriate state licensure for speech language pathology
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and documenting outcomes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for educational planning
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
