What we’re looking for:

• Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working in school-based settings, with a preference for preschool caseloads
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid Billing practices
• Excellent ability to conduct evaluations and provide targeted therapy
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

What you’ll do:

• Manage a preschool caseload, identifying students’ needs and developing tailored intervention plans
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
• Deliver direct therapy to students, monitoring and documenting progress
• Maintain accurate records required for Medicaid billing and compliance
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Contribute your insight to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
