Skills and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience with school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs across multiple grade levels
• Evaluate and document students’ communication abilities using standardized assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult closely with teachers, parents, and staff to promote student progress and carryover of strategies
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based meetings
