Skills and Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs across multiple grade levels
- Evaluate and document students’ communication abilities using standardized assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult closely with teachers, parents, and staff to promote student progress and carryover of strategies
- Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based meetings
